Overview

To mark the opening of the new headquarters of FG Valvole S.r.l., we designed a corporate event in Bergamo conceived as an immersive banqueting and performance experience.

A corporate venue was transformed into a structured event setting, capable of welcoming 280 guests through a seamless progression of institutional speeches, dinner, and entertainment.

Concept

The opening of a headquarters is not merely a ribbon-cutting, but an act of identity.

The project was conceived as an integrated production, in which hospitality, artistic direction, and management presentations alternated within a tightly paced yet harmonious sequence.

Every moment — from the first welcome through the after-dinner moments — was designed to sustain rhythm and attention, maintaining a balance between corporate stature and refined spectacle.

Catering

The banqueting for the corporate event in Bergamo was developed in a Flying Social Show Dinner format, with live show cooking distributed throughout the venue to encourage movement and interaction.

The bar service, active from welcome through after-dinner for five hours, accompanied the entire evening, supporting the relational flow between guests and management.

The courses were integrated into the artistic program, alternating with speeches and performances, transforming the gastronomic moment into an active part of the direction.

Production

Thirty performers, including dancers and visual artists with LED and hula hoop performances, were woven into an artistic direction coordinated with ten management presentations.

DJ set, AVL and technical direction operated centrally, ensuring scenic continuity and operational control.

From the technical site inspection to on-site direction, every phase was managed through a single organizational direction, ensuring precision and fluidity for all 280 guests.
