Overview

To celebrate the 50th corporate anniversary of Jacobs Italia S.p.A., we designed a corporate event in Milan in a Standing Social Dinner & Party format, with bespoke catering for 400 guests.

A large-scale corporate event conceived as a seamless experience, able to bring together institutional presence and relational dynamism.

Concept

The fiftieth anniversary is a symbolic threshold: consolidation and a forward-looking vision.

We structured the evening as a continuous flow, without interruptions: welcome, moving dinner, and final party. The space was conceived to encourage interaction and mobility, while maintaining a balance between elegance and controlled informality.

Every element was designed to support networking, without compromising identity.

Catering

The catering for the corporate event in Milan was developed in a Standing Social Dinner format, with culinary live stations distributed throughout the venue to ensure rhythm and flow.

A dedicated wine bar and unlimited cocktail bar accompanied the entire evening, transforming convivial moments into a refined relational experience.

The arrangement of the islands and the management of service timing were designed to sustain an elegant large-scale flow, maintaining quality and control for 400 guests.

Production

The rhythm of the event was accompanied by a DJ set and lighting direction precisely calibrated to enhance every stage of the evening.

Technical coordination, coat check service, security, and Event Experience Management operated as a single integrated system.

Large-scale operational management ensured flow control, aesthetic continuity, and logistical fluidity throughout the entire corporate event in Milan.
