Overview
For this wedding at a historic villa in Piedmont, we designed an evening reception that united classical elegance with a contemporary sensibility.
A destination wedding in Northern Italy conceived as an immersive experience, where catering, direction, and ambiance guided 180 guests through a seamless progression from welcome to dinner and celebration.
Concept
The villa, nestled among the hills, became the stage for a wedding that was structured yet never rigid, scenographic yet never excessive.
The welcome experience was conceived as an immersive journey, with live culinary stations distributed throughout the outdoor spaces, while dinner retained a more formal approach, in dialogue with the historic architecture.
The goal was not to surprise, but to engage. To create rhythm, variation, and breathing space.

Catering
The wedding banqueting was developed in two dimensions: show-cooking stations during aperitivo and elegant plated service at dinner.
Live seafood & raw bar, a cheesemaker with freshly spun mozzarella, a carving station, and curated premium selections created a dynamic welcome. Dinner, composed of three courses, maintained a contemporary line in its execution, highlighting seasonality and exceptional ingredients.
The dessert journey transformed the cake cutting into an immersive moment, with a chocolate fountain, live pâtisserie, and an artisanal gelato station.

Production
The musical program accompanied the evening with a retro-style live swing & jazz show during aperitivo and dinner, then evolved into a more dynamic phase after dinner.
Roaming artistic performances enlivened the spaces with discreet yet scenic interventions, without interrupting the flow of service.
Technical direction and lighting design enhanced the villa’s architecture, accompanying every transition with visual coherence, while operational coordination and guest-flow management ensured control and fluidity for 180 guests.
