For the corporate Christmas dinner in Milan for KLN Project (Italia) S.p.A., we designed a Christmas gala dinner followed by a final party, transforming the traditional corporate celebration into an immersive experience.

An event conceived to welcome 170 guests in an elegant, festive atmosphere, perfectly orchestrated.

Concept

The corporate Christmas season is a moment for reflection and sharing.

We developed a format capable of combining institutional dimension and celebratory spirit, through a high-impact thematic scenographic setting, yet measured with restraint.

The evening was conceived as a progression: welcome, Christmas gala dinner in Milan, and closing party, with a rhythmic alternation of speeches, entertainment, and conviviality.

Catering

The catering for the corporate Christmas dinner was developed with elegant service and a festive menu, interpreted in a contemporary key.

The welcome cocktail introduced the evening dynamically, while the gala dinner maintained a more formal dimension, enhanced by place settings coherent with the Christmas décor.

The unlimited cocktail bar accompanied the transition to the final party, sustaining the social rhythm between guests and management.

The artistic direction alternated live show, dance performance, and resident DJ set, crafting a precise, continuous program.

The lighting design enhanced the Christmas scenographic setting, accompanying each transition with visual coherence.

Technical supervision, operational coordination, and Event Experience Management ensured control and fluidity for all 170 guests.
