Overview

For the official launch in Italy of an international technology company, we designed a corporate event in Milan unfolding across two distinct moments: an institutional meeting and an evening banquet with entertainment.

An integrated system of catering, direction, and production guided 150 guests through a seamless, coherent, and progressive experience.

Concept

The product presentation was conceived as a two-act journey.

A formal first chapter, dedicated to institutional speeches, followed by a transformation of the space into a convivial setting.

The environment was designed from the outset to be modular, ready to evolve without perceptible interruptions.

Aesthetic coherence, controlled rhythm, balance between content and connection.

Catering

The catering for the corporate event was developed in a Flying Social Show Dinner format, designed to encourage networking and mobility.

Live show cooking, an unlimited cocktail bar, and a wine station created a dynamic gastronomic journey, in step with the rhythm of the evening.

Dining became an integral part of the experience, not merely an ancillary service.

Cooked.

Production

The agenda, technical direction, and operational coordination were centralized within a single direction.

At the end of the meeting, the space was reconfigured to host standing banqueting in Milan, with a transformation designed to preserve fluidity and visual continuity.

Lighting design, DJ set, and performance were integrated with restraint, without scenographic excess.
