Speakeasy-themed corporate Christmas celebration for 430 guests
Venue, banqueting and comprehensive event planning

Next Different S.p.A.
Speakeasy Christmas Show Dinner & Party
Milan — 430 guests
Overview
For the corporate Christmas Party of Next Different S.p.A., we designed a Standing Christmas Show Dinner followed by a final party.
An event for 430 guests conceived as an integrated production, in which venue, catering and artistic direction operated within a single coordinated system.
It was the first shared occasion following the recent merger between Next Different and Uniting Group. The new branding of the unified organization had not yet been unveiled, but the objective was clear: to create a symbolic moment capable of bringing the two teams together in a single collective experience.
Concept
The venue was transformed into a 1920s Speakeasy, inspired by the aesthetics of American Prohibition.
The main entrance was deliberately kept dim, guiding guests through a more discreet secondary access, as in a clandestine club. Soft lighting, golden details, feathers, velvets and retro installations created an immersive atmosphere from the very first step.
The space was configured for a dynamic standing dinner, maintaining fluid guest flow and continuity between the social area and the dance floor. Gatsby-style dancers, scenic performers and a roaming magician enlivened the evening with distributed moments of entertainment, without interrupting the rhythm of service.
The Speakeasy theme became a metaphor for the corporate moment: a new phase not yet officially unveiled, but already alive in the shared energy of the two teams gathered together for the first time.

Catering
The catering for the corporate Christmas Party in Milan was designed as an integral part of the Speakeasy atmosphere.
The standing dinner format, with buffet and passed service, encouraged movement and cross-pollination between teams, transforming the convivial moment into a relational space. The gastronomic islands were arranged to accompany the flow of guests, avoiding congestion and sustaining the energy of the evening.
The seasonal festive menu maintained elegance and recognizability, yet with a dynamic approach, consistent with the event's scenic rhythm.
The Wine Bar and Cocktail Bar evoked the aesthetics of Prohibition: service was not only functional, but part of the immersive experience.
The 10 kg artisanal panettone, brought on stage as a theatrical gesture, marked the symbolic moment of union between the two corporate identities, transforming the close of dinner into a shared act.
The coffee corner and dedicated service accompanied the transition toward the final party.

Production
The event production was conceived as an immersive experience from the very first moment.
Guests were guided through a deliberately discreet secondary entrance, welcomed by 1920s-style performers: stilt-walking presence, feather fans, retro costumes and clandestine club atmospheres immediately introduced them into the Speakeasy world.
Entertainment was not confined to the stage, but spread throughout the space. Roaming performers and scenic interactions accompanied the dinner phase without interrupting service, while the stage alternated management speeches, the screening of the emotional video and live show moments.
The artistic direction created a continuous progression: immersive welcome, performative dinner and final party with a Resident DJ set and live music show, until the dance floor became the meeting point of the two teams.
Lighting direction, technical coordination, cloakroom, security and flow management operated as a single integrated system, ensuring fluidity and control for all 430 guests.
