Overview

For the corporate Christmas Party of Fibonacci Bidco S.p.A., we designed a Standing Christmas Social Dinner & Party in Milan.

A corporate event for 500 guests designed as an integrated hospitality system, capable of supporting high attendance while maintaining operational fluidity, service quality, and flow control.

Concept

The Christmas staging transformed the venue into a scenic and welcoming setting: a large central tree, secondary trees distributed throughout the spaces, luminous decorations, and coordinated installations defined an atmosphere that was elegant yet dynamic.

The layout was designed to encourage movement and networking, avoiding congestion points and ensuring continuity between the dinner area and the party zone.

The goal was to celebrate the end of the year by creating a large-scale collective moment, capable of bringing 500 people together in a single seamless experience.

Catering

The catering for the corporate Christmas event in Milan was developed as a Standing Christmas Social Dinner, with a structured buffet and passed-service format.

The seasonal menu alternated traditional Christmas offerings with contemporary interpretations, creating a gastronomic journey designed to support pace and turnover for large guest numbers.

Wine Bar during the dinner phase and Flat Bar service during the party phase ensured continuity in beverage service, accompanying the natural evolution of the evening.

The distribution of food & beverage points was designed to optimize waiting times and guest flow, ensuring a consistent experience for all 500 guests.

Production

The production of the corporate event was managed with centralized technical coordination and constant supervision of every operational phase.

A DJ set and Photo Booth Corner animated the party phase, turning the final part of the evening into a shared entertainment moment.

Cloakroom service, security, restroom attendants, and flow management operated in sync, ensuring order, safety, and fluidity for a high-density event.

The entire organizational structure was conceived to support a corporate Christmas Party in Milan on a 500-guest scale, maintaining high standards of quality and control.
