Overview
For Forvis Mazars S.p.A.'s corporate meeting, we delivered a catering service directly at the client’s headquarters in Milan, transforming a management setting into a seamless and functional hospitality environment.
A bespoke intervention designed for 60 guests, conceived to integrate flawlessly with the dynamics of an active corporate context, without interrupting internal flows and with maximum logistical efficiency.
The objective was not “to host an event,” but to elevate a post-meeting networking moment through an elegant, swift, and perfectly orchestrated F&B system.
Concept
The service was designed in a Standing Social Finger Cocktail format, conceived for business settings where time, space, and image must coexist in harmony.
The buffet layout was developed in a compact form, with intelligent station distribution and discreet staff management, to allow a natural use of the space and encourage conversation and connection among colleagues and management.
The setup was conceived as essential yet refined, in line with the client’s corporate identity and the executive environment in which the meeting took place.

Catering
The catering for the corporate meeting in Milan was structured in a standing format with buffet service and dedicated staff support.
The finger menu alternated contemporary savoury proposals and balanced preparations, designed for effortless standing consumption without compromising gastronomic quality or presentation.
Service duration calibrated to 2 hours of food service and 3 hours of beverage service, with precise timing management to respect the corporate agenda.
The bar service accompanied the convivial phase following the meeting, ensuring continuity and fluid flow control.

Production
The intervention was managed with complete logistical coordination: access, loading/unloading, use of elevators, protection of interior spaces, and rapid dismantling.
Operational porterage for setup and breakdown phases, together with constant on-site supervision during service, ensured efficiency and discretion.
Centralized management allowed the client to focus exclusively on the meeting content, fully delegating the hospitality component.
