Overview

For Alleanza Assicurazioni S.p.A.'s corporate Christmas event with catering in Milan, we designed a Standing Christmas Show Dinner followed by a final party, transforming the corporate celebration into an immersive, theatrical experience.

An event for 300 guests conceived as an integrated production, where venue, catering, and artistic direction operated within a single coordinated system.

Concept

The festive scenographic concept transformed the venue into a visually impactful setting: a majestic central tree, suspended installations with decorative spheres, an entrance inspired by the imagery of a Christmas village, and a lighting design crafted to accompany every phase of the evening.

The space was configured for a dynamic standing dinner, preserving fluid guest movement and continuity between the convivial area and the dance floor.

The theme of the evening was the vision of the future: the corporate Christmas dinner not only as a moment to close the year, but as a statement of direction for the next one.

Catering

The catering for the corporate Christmas event in Milan was developed in a standing dinner format with buffet and passed service.

The seasonal Christmas menu alternated traditional offerings with contemporary interpretations, creating a gastronomic journey aligned with the festive atmosphere of the evening.

The Wine Bar and Cocktail Bar accompanied the event’s evolution from dinner to final party, maintaining rhythm and a sense of connection among guests.

The concluding moment featured a 10 kg artisanal panettone, brought onto the stage in a highly scenic manner, with management performing the symbolic cutting as a gesture marking the close of the year and a collective toast.

A coffee corner and dedicated service completed the food & beverage experience.

Production

The production of the corporate event in Milan was managed with centralized direction and full technical coordination.

The stage, with the Alleanza Assicurazioni logo and the title “Xmas Night” projected on screen, became the narrative centerpiece of the evening. The screening of the emotional video dedicated to the company’s journey and future goals alternated with institutional remarks from management and live entertainment moments, shaping a smooth and cohesive program.

Resident DJ set, live musical performance, and lighting direction accompanied each transition, maintaining scenic continuity through to the final party, with a full dance floor and an engaged audience.

Coat check, security, and guest flow management ensured operational precision for all 300 guests.
