To celebrate an exclusive milestone 18th birthday, we curated a contemporary evening party within the Jardin d’Hiver, transforming the venue into a dynamic, bespoke space dedicated to music, sophisticated socialising, and an elevated nightlife experience.

A private event designed for approximately 100 guests, conceived as a grand Standing Social Cocktail with an open premium bar service, resident DJ set, and full event direction.

Concept

The evening was designed as a progressive party, crafted to evolve naturally from an elegant cocktail dinner into an exclusive private club atmosphere.

Guests were welcomed into an urban-chic setting featuring a premium cocktail bar active throughout the night, a resident DJ set, and a standing layout designed to encourage fluid conversation and effortless movement.

The cake cutting and Champagne toast marked the symbolic transition into the vibrant heart of the night, accompanied by curated music, continuous beverage service, and a warm late-night bakery service as a final gesture.

The culinary experience was developed as a Standing Social Cocktail with tray-passed hors d'œuvres and a contemporary buffet, curated to complement the high energy and sophisticated flow of the evening.

The menu offered a refined selection of finger foods, warm dishes, and contemporary interpretations of Italian fine dining, paired with a curated beverage list featuring classic international cocktails, selected wines, and unlimited service.

The finale of the celebration featured a showcase birthday cake, a toast with Champagne Brut Classic Grand Cru Aoc Michel Decotte served in Magnum format, and a late-night bakery service presenting freshly baked, warm mini croissants and pain au chocolat.

The professional sound system, DJ set, and dynamic venue layout transformed Jardin d’Hiver into a sophisticated canvas for a luxury private party, striking the perfect balance between refinement, entertainment, and an exclusive lounge atmosphere.

On-site event directors supervised each phase of the experience, ensuring a seamless transition from the dinner and toasts to the high-energy party and hospitality services.
