Overview

For this wedding reception on Lake Orta, we designed an exceptionally exclusive event, conceived for a select group of guests yet delivered with a complete production of banqueting, scenic styling, and live musical entertainment.

An intimate wedding, with only 25 guests, shaped as an immersive experience among natural landscape, gourmet cuisine, and live music, where every element was curated to create an elegant, convivial, and deeply personal atmosphere.

Concept

The project was born as a highly personalized intimate wedding, designed to transform a reception for just 25 guests into a complete hospitality experience.

The idea is to create an evening where gastronomy, live music, and landscape engage in a natural dialogue, avoiding the rigidity of the traditional reception and placing emphasis on connection and conviviality.

The imperial table becomes the focal point of the celebration: a single shared setting where guests experience every moment of the evening together, accompanied by live music that evolves throughout the event and a gastronomic journey designed to support the rhythm of conversation.

The overall atmosphere is deliberately bohemian and elegant, created to encourage connection and conviviality among guests while always preserving the central role of the Lake Orta landscape.

Catering

The gastronomic journey was developed as a gourmet plated wedding dinner, accompanied by a beverage offering tailored to the couple.

The menu highlights seasonal ingredients and contemporary Italian cuisine, creating an elegant and progressive culinary experience.

The beverage offering includes a dedicated wine selection and a mixology station with a premium cocktail bar, with a drink list designed specifically for the wedding. The signature cocktails were also customized in name, becoming part of the event’s narrative.

During the celebratory moments, Champagne Brut Classic Grand Cru Aoc Michel Decotte is served in Jéroboam format, turning the toast into a scenic and shared gesture.

The reception concludes with the wedding cake chosen by the couple, a millefeuille with pastry cream and seasonal fruit, freshly prepared to preserve freshness and lightness.

Production

The technical production coordinates the entire audio, lighting, and event direction setup.

The band La Classe degli Asini accompanies the evening with a musical performance designed to evolve through the different phases of the reception. During the welcome, the artists move among the guests with roaming music, while during dinner the repertoire shifts toward swing and jazz performed around the imperial table.

For the cake-cutting moment, a dedicated live piece is performed.

At the end of dinner, the evening evolves into a DJ set and final party, with the dance floor active until late into the night.

The entire experience is supported by professional AVL service, decorative lighting, and continuous event direction.
