Overview

For Dedagroup S.p.A., the Italian technology provider active in banking, insurance, public administration, fashion and cyber security, we designed an executive gala dinner reserved for 200 guests, including speakers, CEOs and top managers.

The evening served as an exclusive setting dedicated to strategic relationships and high-level networking on the occasion of Dedapulse “Shape Your Future, Stay Human”.

A formal, structured and highly selective event, conceived as an integrated hospitality system.

Concept

The dinner was conceived as a high-profile executive dinner, aligned with the managerial level of the audience and with the central themes of Dedapulse, focused on artificial intelligence and the technological future.

Access was managed through named invitations and pre-selection of guests, ensuring relational quality and audience consistency.

The defining element of the format was the Stand Up Wine Comedy, integrated between courses as a moment of intelligent entertainment and guided tasting, designed to encourage interaction while preserving the formal tone of the evening.

The design objective was to create an elegant and contemporary atmosphere, capable of fostering strategic dialogue among industry leaders in a private setting.

Catering

The catering was developed through a structured progression: initial welcome cocktail with pass-around finger food, followed by a seated gala dinner with elegant service and institutional table setting.

The four-course gourmet menu was designed to support conversation and networking among top managers and international speakers, with smooth and carefully timed service.

The Stand Up Wine Comedy was integrated as a narrative element within the gastronomic experience.

A dedicated wine selection and final coffee service completed a food & beverage journey consistent with the executive profile of the event.

Production

The technical production was managed with centralized coordination and continuous supervision of all operational phases.

The dedicated lighting direction enhanced the stage, tables and speaking moments, maintaining a formal and contemporary atmosphere.

The live musical entertainment accompanied the dinner with a repertoire tailored to an international executive audience, supporting the atmosphere without interfering with dialogue.

Named registration management, access control and flow coordination ensured order and precision for 200 guests.

Additionally, the management of 120 parking spaces in dedicated car parks was organized and supervised, with access planning and logistics oversight.
