Overview

For the official celebration of the Pechino Express production, created for the broadcast of the season finale, we designed a corporate event dedicated to the production team, cast, guests, and sponsors.

An event dinner in Milan conceived as a Standing Social Show Dinner & Party, with full technical management for the live broadcast of the finale on Sky, followed by the closing celebratory moment.

A hybrid format blending hospitality, television event, and a shared viewing experience.

Concept

The event was conceived as a true live viewing experience: not simply a dinner, but a collective moment in which the cast, production team, and partners could experience the finale together.

The audience area was arranged with tables and seating oriented toward the stage and the large screen, transforming the venue into an immersive space dedicated to live viewing.

Technical production played a central role: live streaming, professional audio-video management, signal synchronization, and lighting control were designed to ensure broadcast-level quality and narrative continuity throughout the episode.

The concept united the television dimension and the convivial dimension, creating an experience aligned with the iconic identity of Pechino Express.

Catering

The catering was developed in the Standing Social Show Dinner format, with a buffet and passed service structure, carefully designed to harmonize with the live screening.

The menu alternated gourmet proposals with more convivial moments, accompanying the different phases of the evening: welcome, episode viewing, anticipation of the final verdict, and celebration.

Wine Bar during the dinner phase and Cocktail Bar in the final part sustained the rhythm of the event, maintaining seamless service even with VIP guests and sponsors in attendance.

The bespoke celebratory cake featuring the show logo marked the closing moment, accompanied by a collective toast.

Production

Technical production was the fulcrum of the event.

The entire evening was built around the live broadcast of the final episode, with integrated management of the live stream, coordination of the audio-video signal, stage and lighting design, and continuous technical supervision throughout the event. The operational direction ensured perfect synchronization between the television content, live interventions, and room dynamics, guaranteeing broadcast quality and signal stability.

Guest placement, including production members, featured personalities, and notable faces, was carefully planned to offer maximum visibility and comfort, while maintaining ease of movement and seamless service without interfering with the viewing experience.

At the end of the live broadcast, the transition to the DJ set and cake moment transformed the collective viewing experience into a final celebration, closing the season with a party in tune with the energy of the show.
